Nikki is the glue that holds the team together, especially when it comes to anything regarding our vital Probate and Estate Planning clients.
Nikki serves as the Office Manager where she has the privilege of supporting the team in delivering exceptional legal services. From assisting with client consultations to case filings and overall client care, she takes pride in contributing to our mission of meeting our clients’ legal needs efficiently and professionally.
With nine years of proven experience as a dedicated assistant, she brings a high level of proficiency in operations and client interaction. She is passionate about her role and stays up to date with trends and best practices in the legal workspace. Her strengths include excellent communication and persuasive skills, which allow her to effectively engage with a wide range of clients. Nikki is highly skilled in appointment scheduling, customer service, and organizational management. She approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and thrives in collaborative environments, communicating effectively across teams to drive successful outcomes.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three wonderful children. She deeply values quality time with her family, especially on weekends, and enjoys watching documentaries to broaden her knowledge.
