Special Counsel
Enrique Nieves is an in-house counsel who focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including business disputes, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, appeals, and bankruptcy.
He’s been a litigator for more than 10 years, handling matters that cover the spectrum from extremely large and complex issues for corporations to defending individuals against large institutions, foreclosure actions, and defending the underprivileged. In addition, he has handled trial and mediation matters in state court, appellate courts, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Enrique also served as a Staff Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, West Palm Beach, FL.
Enrique understands how to balance the needs of his clients in pursuing their interests with a full understanding of the stress and real-world financial obligations that his clients face in every situation. He makes it a point to be available during and after business hours so that clients always have someone they can turn to when issues arise. Enrique is a formidable advocate who makes sure that every one of his clients receives the very best representation. Enrique attended law school at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and Emory University School of Law. At Penn State Enrique was a Dean Academic Achievement Scholar and received the Fine Family Memorial Scholarship. Enrique is also a member of the board of Stealth Air Corporation.
